The Client:

Our client is a well-established legal firm, providing exceptional legal services and specialising in residential property transactions.

The Role:

As a Family Solicitor, you will handle client matters as directed, following the firms procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure timely progression and client updates.
* Uphold exceptional client care.
* Maintain confidentiality and document security.
* Achieve billing and time recording targets.
* Collaborate closely with the cashier to oversee credit control and compliance with regulations.
* Foster good relationships internally and externally.
* Support and develop team members.
* Attend to CPD needs and promote firm services.


Requirements:

* Previously worked as a Solicitor or in a similar role.
* At least 3 years of PQE or CILEX.
* Background in public family law.
* Qualified to have rights of audience at court.
* Member of the Law Societys Children Panel.
