Paralegal Manager

We have been instructed on a superb opportunity by our client, a hugely impressive global law practice.
Sought is a driven Paralegal Manager to work from any of their Scottish offices.

If you’re a Paralegal Manager / team leader or supervisor currently, or a seasoned Paralegal, looking for that significant ‘step up’ move, who possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, then do get in touch!
Leading by example, you’ll play a pivotal part in seamlessly managing the Paralegal team who work across several disciplines of law to ensure that clients receive a first-rate service.

Day to day tasks include, liaising with lawyers, reviewing and allocating work, project leading and ensuring deadlines are met, managing the capacity of each team member, as well as recruiting and onboarding.

Your focus will be on supporting Paralegals through their career development by identifying training needs, carrying out one to one meetings and appraisals, whilst creating the optimum working environment that allows them, and you, to thrive.
It's imperative that you have some excellent experience as a Paralegal under your belt, and advantageous if you have worked in a supervisory capacity.
Your enthusiasm, energy and drive must be evident!
