Social Worker

We are looking for a Social Worker to join an Adult Older People Assessment and Care Management.
To apply for this role, you must have a Social Work Bachelor’s degree, is registered with Social Work England and 2 years of Adult Social Work experience.

About you:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within an Older Adult’s Team and have 2 years of Adult Social Work experience.
