Salary: £35k - £50k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

Full-Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

The Client:

Our client is a well-established legal firm, delivering exceptional legal services with a focus on professionalism, integrity, and client satisfaction.

The Role:

As a Solicitor in a family law department, you will be providing expert counsel and representation in private family law, covering divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic violence.

Responsibilities:

* Managing diverse caseloads with tailored legal guidance.
* Conducting thorough legal research, preparing court documents, and representing clients in family court.
* Cultivating strong client relationships through empathetic communication and legal advocacy.
* Staying updated on family law developments for strategic adjustments.


Requirements:

* Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of family law principles and relevant statutes.
* Demonstrated capability to navigate and advocate in delicate family scenarios.
* Proven track record in managing cases and representing clients.
* At least 5 years of experience in private family law.
