The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This will be covering 7-10 Sites so my client is looking for someone with a good all-round building services knowledge to undertake routine PPM and breakdowns/Call outs and site documentation management.

The usual items such as water temperature testing (Legionella management), emergency light testing, air handling units, fan coil units and other primary and secondary plant to be expected within Student Accomodation.This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position.
