Reservations Executive for a multi-site bar group! Central London! £30,000!

Reservations Execuitve Location: Central London! I am working with a multi-site bar group based in London.

They have 5 sites in London and opening new sites in 2024! They are currently recruiting for a Reservation Executive to join their team! This role will be reporting to the Senior Reservations Manager.You will be experience with pre-booked reservations, and high proficiency on DesignMyNight’s Collins bookings software.

You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality reservations on Collins software and at least 1 year at multi-site level.About you:
A passion for reservations with a desire to grow in the hospitality industry.Friendly, Attentive and Personal Phone Manner.Excellent eye for detail to ensure all bookings are delivered to the highest standards.A team player, ready to support others and work with departments, at all levelsExcellent time management skillsStrong communication skills, verbally and writtenA flair for up-selling and increasing pre-booked revenue through pre-ordering.Not afraid to use your voice to create conversation, give your opinion and suggest change where needed.A desire to do whatever it takes to achieve customer satisfaction.Ability to deal with demanding customers
