The Client:

Our client is a leading M&E Consultancy, renowned for delivering innovative electrical design solutions across diverse projects.

The Role:

As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will lead mechanical services design projects and mentor junior members of the mechanical engineering team.

Responsibilities:

* Design Mechanical Services, produce specifications, and draft drawings.
* Collaborate with Electrical, CAD, and Secretarial staff for efficient production processes.
* Represent Mechanical and Electrical Design at Design Team Meetings.
* Operate ACad and BIM Systems, undertake training in REVIT MEP.
* Perform condition assessments, PPM Surveys, and Reports.
* Conduct defects inspections and issue certifications.
* Write operation and maintenance manuals.
* Produce SBem and Sap Calculations.
* Attend client and professional meetings.


Requirements:

* Previous experience working as a Mechanical Design Engineer or in a similar role.
* Experience in building services design sector.
* Hold HNC in building services engineering.
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* A full driving license and car access required.
