The Role:

Quantity Surveyor

Due to expansion my client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team.


Providing clear and accurate reporting for financial oversight.


Overseeing procurement for optimal material and labour utilization.


Monitoring and reporting delays, ensuring project timeline adherence.


Quantity Surveying Proficiency, applying quantity surveying expertise for project success.


Fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.


Maintaining comprehensive documentation related to costs, contracts, and progress.


Utilizing strong analytical skills to assess project costs and identify improvements.


Efficiently managing project budgets to meet financial objectives.


Prioritizing tasks and mitigating potential risks in project execution


Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring the integration of glazing solutions within the building envelope for seamless project execution.

The Ideal Person:

Quantity Surveyor

Possessing 5-10 years of hands-on experience in project delivery.


Demonstrating a track record of transparent financial reporting and cost management.


Showcasing expertise in overseeing efficient material and labour procurement.


Exhibiting skill in monitoring and addressing delays to ensure project timelines.


Proving adept at negotiating favourable terms with suppliers and sub-contractors.


Quantity Surveying background, having a solid background in quantity surveying, preferably with experience in External/Cladding/Roofing/Internal Filler/Metal/Facade/Glass/Glazing.


Demonstrating the ability to work independently, showcasing self-reliance and initiative.
