Business Development Executive

As Business Development Executive you will be working as part of a small dedicated sales team providing leads, prospecting for new business and building relationships.

The role is full time and permanent based onsite in Brackley with a salary of up to £33,000 plus bonus.

The business has gone through massive growth over the last couple of years.
Key Accountabilities for the Business Development Executive:

Identify prospective target customers over the phone, email and in person
Research new companies and customers
Proven track record of winning new business
Use historic customer data for prospective calling
Initiate and execute marketing campaigns in line with business objectives
Collaborate with team members on sales initiatives and campaigns
Attend events promoting services and prospecting for new customers
Actively make daily calls, emails
Follow up on any leads generated and pass over to relevant team member

Key Skills Required for Business Development Executive:

Experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting
High levels of customer service
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
Confident communication skills
Ability to establish and nurture client relationships
High levels of own initiative, energy and drive
Strong interest in self development
