Signage Technician Apprentice

The apprentice daily tasks will be to prepare the workload for the fitting team on a daily basis. This will include using software on the PC’s & using the large format printers, plotters & other technology. You will also be involved in making & putting the signage together, be included in stock control & stock ordering. You will work closely with other people within your team & closely with the fitting team. Effective house-keeping skills; this includes clearing up the preparation room. Weed & back vinyl once it has been cut. Use a laminator to over-laminate digital prints. Send digital prints through the large format printers.

Training:

Training will take place on a day release basis at Hull Training's Engineering Centre, Danepark Road, Hull, HU6 9DX.

Training Outcome:

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity of full-time employment upon completion of the advanced apprenticeship if available.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday (hours to be discussed at interview).
