Marketing Assistant Apprentice

As a marketing apprentice you will assist the marketing director with the day to day running of the marketing department with extra focus on the following:

Digital Presence Management: Assist in Overseeing our website's content, ensuring it is current, and reflective of our brand. This includes updating images, updating supplier listings, and monitoring SEO to enhance visibility. Content Creation: Create compelling, brand-aligned content for our blog, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok), and marketing materials, aimed at attracting new customers. Social media: Assist with scheduling of content across various platforms. Build and nurture our online community, particularly through our Facebook Group, by engaging with followers, sharing relevant information, and gathering feedback. Analytics and Improvement: assist in monitoring and analysing performance metrics for digital campaigns and content. Use insights to recommend and implement strategies.

Training:

Training with Milton Keynes College. Ongoing training, support and development with the employer.

Training Outcome:

Upon completion of the apprenticeship it is hoped that a permanent Marketing Coordinator position would be offered.
