Apprentice Motor Claims Administrator / Handler

Key responsibilities include:

Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently Communicate professionally with customers, their representatives, and insurers over the phone Support the coordination and administration of temporary replacement vehicle services via our supply chain Assist in overseeing vehicle damage repairs through our network of approved repairers Provide daily administrative assistance to Motor Claims Handlers Contribute to invoicing processes through accurate administrative support

Training:
Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship  Functional Skills in Math & English level 2 

Training Outcome:

To progress within the company for the right candidate.

At Optima Claims we have over 30 years experience in the insurance industry. We specialise in working with commercial insurance brokers, insurers and directly with fleets, to provide personal, tailored, start-to-finish motor claim solutions.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
