Business Administration Apprentice
Assist in arranging and confirming clinics
Process any credits and deal with repairs
Deal directly with manufacturers
Assist with monthly stock take
Take minutes at the monthly team meeting
Ordering of hearing aids
Answer customer telephone calls
Reply to customer email enquiries
Triaging patients prior to appointments
Scheduling and managing patient appointments
Providing information on the service
Training:
With on-the-job training from the employer, the apprentice will work towards a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification and Functional Skills in English and maths at Level 2, if required.
Training can be delivered remotely or at the workplace every four weeks.
Training Outcome:
At the end of the apprenticeship, the successful apprentice may be considered for a full-time position.

Working Hours :
Working hours are worked during store opening times and may include 1 day at the weekend. With a 45-minute lunch per day. Store opening times are: 8.30am to 7.00pm, Monday to Saturdays. 9.00am to 5.00pm, Sundays.
