This will be for a luxurious hotel nestled in the heart of San Francisco, known for its impeccable service, exquisite dining options, luxurious accommodations, and stunning panoramic views of the city.

Lead the property’s culinary operations, ensuring the kitchen is operating smoothly and the food quality exceeds customer’s expectationsEnsure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency to maintain their reputation for culinary excellenceHire, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary skill and teamworkOversee cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment to ensure compliance with legislationReview financial targets to ensure they are being met or exceeded
Executive Chef Qualifications:
Proven experience in a kitchen management role, preferably within a 5* establishmentKnowledge and experience in Italian cuisine requiredFood & Beverage knowledgeAbility to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environmentA well-rounded and motivated culinary professional who can support and inspire team membersDetail orientated professional with excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
