The trainee BMS Engineers role will involve: *Travelling to a client base across london, carrying out standard checks in prestigious residential properties.

*Carry out checks in plant rooms, on HVAC systems and more and ensure SLA’s are met with reports being written on time.

*Work on BMS systems specifically Trend and Tridium, building panels, learning and working on the software.
The successful trainee BMS Engineer will need: *Experience and knowledge working in a building services environment specific to plant rooms, HIU’s, electrical related skills to BMS *Electrical qualifications specific to building services *Available to travel around all of London *Willingness and desire to learn to become a specialist in BMS
