Employment Chartered Legal Executive

Sacco Mann are seeking a talented Employment Chartered Legal Executive to join a reputable law firm in their Mansfield offices.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Employment fee earner with a background in advising on HR matters, tribunal case management, for both employees and employers.
My client is well known across the region and is a leading firm who have a strong reputation for providing exceptional services to their clients.

Joining the Employment Team, you will be working on contentious and non-contentious matters for both employee and employers, providing excellent legal advice.

You will advise on HR policies and procedures; draft and review employment contracts including settlement agreements and represent clients in negotiations and mediations.
You will be either a qualified Chartered Legal Executive and have strong experience within Employment matters, or a HR Professional with CIPD Level 7.

You will have a passion for employment law, have proven experience in HR matters and managing tribunal cases and a proven track record in generating new business opportunities.
