Our client who provide a full range of Engineering, Due Diligence, Building surveying, Quantity surveying, Project management and Advisory services to a range of public and private sector clients, are seeking to recruit a Building/Property Surveyor to be based at their Cork office or Dublin office.

We are currently seek a qualified Building/Property Assessor/Surveyor, who will be work in conjunction, with their associated team leader.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for delivering a wide range of project’s.

Requirements:


You should have solid experience in residential and commercial construction and possess a broad working knowledge of the Building, Fire and Housing Regulations to include but not be limited to design,

workmanship, specifications, and materials.

Minimum of 5 years’
An in-depth knowledge of Fire
An understanding of the planning development
Level 7/8 Degree and above, preferably
Must possess excellent administration, communication, time management
Strong analytical, decision making & problem-solving
Good interpersonal and team working
Proficiency with AutoCAD but not a necessity, MS Word, MS Excel, MS
Ability to develop, direct and manage workflow processes and
The ideal person will be a member of a Professional Body and will have a flexible approach to
