Local law firm looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal into their Warwickshire offices.
Within this Commercial Property Paralegal role, your day-to-day duties may include:

Landlord and Tennant matters
Acquisitions and Disposals
Development
Sales and Purchases Contracts
Freehold/Leasehold
Title Issues

The successful candidate for this role will ideally have previous experience in Commercial Property.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to establish themselves in a well-regarded law firm, for the long-term.

They will be ambitious, commercially aware and can prioritise their own time effectively.
