Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Well-established, regional law firm looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal into their Warwickshire offices.
Within this Residential Conveyancing Paralegal role, your day-to-day duties may include:

Running your own caseload of freehold/leasehold matters, purchases and sales and remortgages from inception to completion
Liaising with clients
Preparing, drafting and reviewing all relevant documentation
Administrational duties

The successful candidate for this Residential Conveyancing Paralegal role will ideally have at least one years’ previous experience, is wanting to establish themselves in a supportive and friendly team, is confident in their own ability and is looking to really make a difference to their clients.
