Location: North West London
Pay Rate: £27.95 Per Hour
Type: Temporary with Company Vehicle

The Multi Roofer trades person is to carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from emergency and other routine reactive repairs on numerous sites daily to single site programmed repairs and refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties and other premises in accordance with best trade practice and to current standards and regulations.

The employee must carry out works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works ‘Right First Time’.

As a Multi-Trader Roofer you are responsible for:

To carry out roofing repairs to our properties
Delivery of General Building / Roofing maintenance repairs / gutters / fascias / minor groundworks / minor brickwork
Potential of working on flat or pith roofs
Complete multi skilled maintenance and repair work
As well as being capable of additional types of work with your skill set
Undertaking day to day response maintenance repairs
Plumbing repairs
Leak tracing
Lock changes and Door and Window Replacements.


Candidate requirements:

Social housing experience minimum 3 years’ experience
Minimum Level 2 /3 NVQ or City and Guilds qualification in (Roofing, Carpentry, Construction skills, Plumbing or in similar trades)
Minimum 5 years experience in roofing with the addition of 3 years minimum experience in at least one other trade listed above
