Supply Chain Business Admin Apprentice

Your duties will include:

Supporting the end-to-end supply chain for purchase orders and sales order management to include;  Processing sales orders, monitoring order progress and status Management of imports and export. Ensuring On Time In Full best price and compliance to all regulatory requirements.   Undertake debit notes, delivery and order investigation. Supply Chain planning. Establishing and maintaining a good rapport with all customers and suppliers (internal and external) Processing inbound and outbound orders, stock management and logistics for all orders. Ensuring that all orders/enquiries are dealt with in an efficient, timely and professional manner. Delivering the best end to end experience to customers to make the process easier for them, meeting customer and internal KPIs (OTIF). Ensuring all new products have the key supply chain detail to ensure smooth supply. Ensure Customs entries, Commercial Invoices and Packing list are correct.  

Training:

Business Administrator Standard. Workplace delivery.

Potential position upon completion of the apprenticeship
