Family Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to play a pivotal role in a successful department in Barnsley.

Running your own caseload covering a broad spectrum of Family matters, you will work in a traditional and supportive team environment.

Our client is a highly regarded, Legal 500 firm that takes a high quality approach to its work and clients.

Having been established for a number of years, they boast a well-regarded Family team that would welcome a new addition.

The Role: Joining a small and friendly team, you will work closely with a team of experienced solicitors.

The department is experiencing an influx of work and so there will be lots of work to pick up.

Working within a dedicated Family team, you will run your own privately funded caseload covering a broad spectrum of matters including divorce, finance and children work.

There will be the opportunity for you to take on some business development work and help build your own client base The Candidate: For this role, it is essential that you have a depth of experience in Family Law and can confidently run your own caseload from start to completion, although support will be provided for those less experienced.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE.

The role is extremely client facing so you must be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
