The client base is extensive and in addition to business clients which include SMEs, PLCs and large multinationals, this law firm provides legal services to charities and the education sector and advise individuals on everything from moving home to tax planning.

This will be a chance for you to develop your area of expertise into corporate and trust based private wealth and succession planning as part of the firm’s highly successful capital and real estate taxation practice.
You will provide pragmatic, cost-effective and commercial legal support and advice to our clients on all aspects of the firm’s private wealth and succession services.

This will include wills, trusts and probate, succession planning, lasting powers of attorney and capital taxes.
Ideally, with at least 2 years PQE, you will be a Chartered Legal Executive with proven experience of a breadth of private client work, probably gained within a commercial environment.

You will need to demonstrate an approachable, friendly and open style of working, with the ability to build and maintain relationships, ideally with high net worth clients and/or business owners.
