Commercial Litigation Chartered Legal Executive

Our Client, a leading law firm with offices in the heart of Harrogate, are looking to recruit a Chartered Legal Executive into their commercial litigation team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a mixed caseload of commercial litigation, sports law and insolvency.

It is essential that the successful candidate is qualified via the institute of Chartered Legal Executives.



Responsibilities:

Handling a caseload of commercial litigation matters to include commercial disputes, professional negligence, landlord and tenant, shareholder disputes, property and construction in addition to insolvency work.
Working on behalf of well known football teams, the premier league and the football association on a caseload of sports law matters related to teams and individuals.
Working with a varied client base consisting of insurers, insolvency practitioners, charities, the premier league, well known football teams, professional players and national and international corporate businesses.


Requirements:

A qualified Chartered Legal Executive with upwards of 2 years’ post qualifying experience ideally gained within a commercial litigation environment.
Local to Harrogate ideally or be willing to be in the office frequently.
