Bakery & Customer Service Apprentice
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with daily baking Serving customers with a smile Helping to keep the bakery clean and tidy Handling payments on the tillTraining:
The Apprentice will work towards their Apprenticeship Standard in Food and Beverage Team Member. The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated assessor who will provide support and guidance throughout the course. This is a Day Release programme, which means you will attend
Lincoln/Newark College, 1 day per week, term time only. This will fall within your contracted working hours.
Training Outcome:
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will continue to develop your career within the team.

Located in the market town of Retford, Nottinghamshire, we serve delicious homemade cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cheesecakes and traybakes. We also serve barista style coffee that accompanies our cakes perfectly as well as refreshing homemade lemonades.
Working Hours :
Wednesday to Saturday: 8.00am to 4.00pm (30-minute break).
