Maintenance of the operations diary
Monitoring and implementation of requests from clients and their stakeholders
Liaising with internal departments to ensure the clients’ and their stakeholders’ needs are met
Covering administrative tasks whilst team members are out of the office
Liaising with clients and their stakeholders to organise convenient dates for works to be undertaken via email, telephone etc
Resolving queries from clients and their stakeholders
Working as part of a team
General administration to include the generation of the project
Completion of files, Certificates of Reoccupation and also critical paperwork
Training:
You will be required to attend classes at Kidderminster College one day a week to achieve the level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
Training Outcome:
The role is designed to train a key member of the team to have a role at the end of the apprenticeship term.
Employer Description:
We are a licensed asbestos removal contractor, based in Kidderminster, working nationally.
Working Hours :
Monday to Fridayn 8:30am - 5pm, with a half hour unpaid lunch break.
