Electrical Shift Engineer – Continental Shift – Data Centre – London Borough of Havering –  £49,500 Per annumMy client is looking for an Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer to be based in a single static data centre in the London Borough of Havering.

The successful candidates will be Electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following.

Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)Emergency lightingAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Chillers - Re-setWater Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsWater TreatmentBMS System - Monitor (i.e.
