Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer

4Recruitment Services are seeking  an Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer to work for a housing association based in Bedfordshire.The client will only consider candidates who  are:
An experienced ASB Officerconfident in taking ASB cases from medium to high risk ASB, legal action, domestic abusehave an understanding of 2014 ASB legislation.
You  will be required  to:
To provide a dynamic, proactive and people-focused service for investigating, resolving and preventing instances of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) across the clinets  Housing Services managed areas.Manage a workload of ASB cases, including: Supporting complainants Completing risk assessmentsInvestigating allegations thoroughlyTaking robust and appropriate action to resolve/conclude the issues Investigate allegations of residents abusing or assaulting staff and/or contractors.Carry out interviews with complainants, witnesses and alleged perpetrators of ASB both in our offices, in the resident's home or a neutral place.Ensure comprehensive records are accurate and up to date for all cases.Take appropriate enforcement action (including mediation, injunctions & possession action) against perpetrators of ASB, ensuring the safety and security of victims/complainants is at the centre of all our work.
