Workshop Controller

Job Title - Vehicle Workshop Controller / Car Workshop Controller / Workshop Controller 
Salary –£35,000 per annum and OTE £41,000
Hours –Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:30
Location – Salisbury
 
We are working with a top dealership group in the Salisbury area, looking for an experienced Workshop Controller offering an excellent basic salary with a fantastic opportunity for you to be able to progress in the future.
 
Job duties

- The workshop controller role requires you to ensure the smooth running of the workshop; distributing work to the technicians, maintaining efficiency, effectively managing the through-put of work whilst keeping the team motivated
- You must be able to problem solve effectively in what can be a fast paced and challenging environment.
- You will take a hands-on approach to the role, with a can-do attitude in order to direct the team effectively to achieve set targets and produce an excellent standard of work day-to-day.

 
Requirements for Workshop Controller role:

- Previous Workshop Controller / Automotive Workshop Controller experience OR experience in as a Service Advisor managing the workshops diary / workload
- You must enjoy working as part of a team and also recognise individual responsibilities
- The ability to learn and develop and implement change if needed
- Driving Licence
