Registered Care Manager

Are you currently a Registered Manager with CQC? Do you have a passion for working with older people? Do you want to work in a smaller and more intimate service? Salary £32,000 - £35,000 per annum

Requirements

QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent
A passion for working with older people.
A great understanding of CQC, risk assessment and safety management
A minimum of 3 years managing CQC services
Strong managerial skills and enjoy developing and managing high performing staff teams.
