THE COMPANY
Hip Pop® has experienced remarkable year-on-year growth since launching in 2019 and we’re based in the heart of Manchester city centre in the new uber-cool Huckletree space!
Our products include multi-award-winning soda and kombucha and we’re stocked in exciting places ranging from Sainsbury’s, M&S, Waitrose & Booths to Harrods, Fortnum & Mason and even on the Manchester United first team bus!

You're a DRIVER and passionate about building and executing impactful and sustainable sales strategies across multiple channels and expanding into international markets.

IMPORTANT: You NEED TO HAVE experience working directly for a food or drink brand with experience winning and managing big Grocery & Food Service Accounts and have strong relationships.

This is a non-negotiable.

The Role


Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead, develop and execute all sales plans and strategies
Monitor, review, and report on all sales activities, KPIs, and return on investment (ROI)
Drive business development across various channels.
Manage key accounts and oversee national account management as the business expands
Sourcing talent to ensure the curation and retention of specialist skill sets across your teams
Guide category management and forecasting, and contribute to product development


You’ll need the following experience and aspirations to be able to hit the ground running in this role:

YOUR EXPERIENCE


At least 5 years of FMCG account management, business development, or sales management experience within Food & Beverages
You're a classic ‘Go-Getter’ ready for an opportunity to take your career to the next level in a fast-paced exciting environment
Experience developing strong relationships externally and also across teams to enable collaboration, advice sharing and directional leadership
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
