One of the bars is a dispense bar and the other is a more classic cocktail bar but please note they are in separate venues.We are looking to speak with Senior Bar Managers with experience in restaurant service at a Michelin or Rosette level along with strong wine knowledge!Benefits of the Bar Manager?

The Ideal Bar Manager:
Must have Michelin or multiple rosette experience as a requirement!
WSET qualifications are highly desirable along with restaurant service experience.Oversee the day to day running of the bar, stock management and ordering.
Have a genuine flair and passion for delivering excellent service with a strong bar presence.Experience working with quality products with good understanding of creating drinks menus.Possess an open, engaging, and humble personality, whilst able to remain calm under pressure.Have a background in training and developing the skills and knowledge of a Bar Team.2 years’ minimum experience within similar Bar Management role.Good knowledge of financials, health and safety, and stock management.
