Executive Chef – French Cuisine Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 Location: New York, NYI am working with a distinguished culinary establishment nestled in the heart of New York City.

Currently, they are on the lookout for a visionary Executive Chef to lead their kitchen, bringing creativity and passion to their esteemed dining experience.Responsibilities:
Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency to maintain their reputation for culinary excellenceHire, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary skill and teamworkOversee cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment to ensure compliance with legislationManage cost controls, forecasting and inventory managementReview financial targets to ensure they are being met or exceeded
Executive Chef Qualifications:
Proven experience in a comparable role, preferably within a high volume establishmentAbility to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environmentFrench cuisine experience is preferredA well-rounded and motivated culinary professional who can support and inspire team membersDetail orientated professional with excellent communication, organisational and time-management skillsDegree in Culinary Arts is an asset
