Deputy Manager

Deputy Manager needed for a children’s residential home in Peterborough.


Our client is looking for an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Deputy Manager to support and lead within the residential home.
As a Manager you should be a confident and enthusiastic candidate whose focus is the care of the residents.
*Contract Opportunity with the option to go Permanent*

Shift Times and Pay Rate:

£24,500 - £28,000
40 hours per Week

Requirements for you as the Deputy Manager:

Experience in a Senior Position
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Equivalent and willing to work towards a level 5.
Enhanced Child and Adults DBS
Good knowledge of legislation, guidance and best practice.
Be able to travel to Peterborough in your own vehicle.
