Job Overview:
CBW is currently recruiting for an experienced AOV/Fire Alarm Engineer to join a busy Facilities Management company covering 4 sites across East London. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in both fire alarm and AOV systems, looking for long-term stability, with opportunities for training and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, maintenance, and servicing of AOV (Automatic Opening Vent) systems

Fire alarm system installation, servicing, and fault finding

Ensure all works comply with current fire safety regulations

Provide clear reporting and documentation for all works carried out

Communicate effectively with site staff and management

Requirements:

Previous experience working with both AOV and fire alarm systems (installation & maintenance)

Clean UK driving licence (essential)

Ability to work independently across multiple local sites

Good problem-solving and communication skills
