Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities

Currently my client is looking for a strong Registered Manager to overlook a Residential Service for adults with Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviours.

On offer is a Salary of £35,000 to £40,000 along with full support and training to help you become successful within your career

Requirements:


Previous experience as a Registered Manager
Completed NVQ level 5 in leadership and Management
Experience working with mental health
Genuine desire to wanting to support vulnerable adults



Responsibilities:


To successfully lead and manage Support staff
To ensure service falls in line with CQC expectations
To review care plans to meet the needs of service users
