(Conveyor Industry) Technical Customer Service Representative, based in or around Birmingham.

My client is an industry specialist within the Packaging/Conveyor industry, Based in Birmingham.

The client deal with the servicing, Repair, Faults, commissioning, and the Installation for clients throughout the UK.

You are required to have experienced within the Conveyor Packaging Industry, or packaging industry - and to have experience in a "Technical customer service role".

Key Responsibilities:

* Prioritise and process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone, email, live chat or instant message.

* Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently, including assistance of customers who may have received their orders late, have received the wrong order or have received faulty products.

* Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records.

* Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure, ETC.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Experience dealing with customers from a similar industry, is essential!!

You must have a proven history as a customer service representative.

PACKAGE

My client are paying an excellent salary and all round package,

Salary: £25K - £30K basic salary, dependent on experience.
