Compliance Administrator Apprenticeship

This role is to provide administrative support for aspects of finance, Health & Safety, Vehicle Compliance & AEO.

Full training will be provided, although previous knowledge in finance and/or Health & Safety would be beneficial.

Duties to include assisting with, but are not limited to:

Data entry and processing of invoices, business costs, insurance claims, event reports and other similar items Month-end and year-end procedures, including preparation of reports Maintenance of accurate digital transport finance and vehicle compliance records Aid with updating and the communication of health & safety records including accident reports, training records, risk assessments and health and safety policies and procedures Initiate follow up communication to ensure internal reports are received and tasks completed

Training:

Apprentices benefit from a blended learning programme that includes:

Skills coaches and tutors Online learning Delivery sessions Self-study tasks Regular progress reviews every month On-the-job training End point assessment preparation

Typically 6-hours of the working week will be spent doing off-the-job training for the apprenticeship course.

Once fully qualified this qualification and experience could lead towards a career compliance (Health & Safety and/or Finance), but we'd hope you'd like to stay on with us and continue to grow and develop in your role.

Our logistics teams are highly experienced and knowledgeable in charting transport arrangements for different types of cargo that require the application of different forms of transport modes.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30 with a 1-hour lunch break each day. No weekend work required in this role.
