Job Title Event Manager - Premium Events CatererSalary: £25,000 - £32,000 + Overtime + BenefitsLocation: North LondonOur client is a prestigious Event Catering Business based in North London, who cater to high-end and luxury brands.
They are seeking an experienced event manager from a catering background to join the team, delivering incredible event across multiple venues.The role will involve end-to-end delivery for a range of different types of events such as corporate dinners, award ceremonies, Christmas parties, conferences and weddings.Key Responsibilities:
End to end management and creation of projectsQuoting, planning, organising and delivering all aspects of catering events to a very high standardCreating detailed event sheets and staff briefing on-siteEvent closing and debriefingNegotiations with suppliersManagement of large event budgetsOn-site management of event staff and external suppliersBe an ambassador for the company, always striving to maintain their high standards and reputation
Skills and Experience:
Experience in 360 event management of large scale events, ideally from a catering backgroundExcellent communication skillsAn eye for quality and detailOrganised and efficient approach to their workloadPassionate about eventsWorks well under pressureResults focussed and driven with a commitment to providing impeccable serviceConfident in project managing and multi-taskingPositive and enthusiastic
