A brand-new premier care home is now looking for an experienced Care Assistant (HCA) to join the team as a Senior Care Assistant, just in time for its grand opening in the Spring.Set in a beautiful parkland location, the home was specifically designed to blend luxury living with research-based, memory-friendly techniques from the very start – promising the perfect mix of comfort, style, and safety for people with age- and dementia-related needs.As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be trusted to support the more advanced elements of clinical care (such as medication and assessments) and to mentor more junior members of the team, helping to foster a pleasant and stress-free environment for the residents.

(Essential) At least 2 years’ experience as a Care Assistant in an elderly care setting(Essential) A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care / Adult Care
