ServiceNow Senior ITOM Technical Consultant

Linking Humans is looking for an ServiceNow Senior ITOM Technical Consultant on behalf of our client, an elite ServiceNow partner in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have exceptional expertise in ITOM development and implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, etc.).Provide technical leadership and expert guidance on ITOM best practices.Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Ensure seamless integration of ITOM modules with other ServiceNow solutions.Mentor junior team members and assist in training.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ITOM implementations with ServiceNow.Strong expertise in ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.Proven track record in delivering ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.ServiceNow certifications (ITOM or similar) are highly desirable.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
