Think of Buckingham Palace as a member’s club! They represent British elegance and tradition – very regal and grandiose - through their celebrated British menu.
The members club boasts an a la carte restaurant, along with a several individually decorated private dining rooms.
They are actively looking for a full time Sous Chef to complete their professional team.Sous Chef benefits:
90% of the time you will work Monday to Friday.
You will work 1 weekend a month.Private Members Club – high standards / professional team.Located five-minute walk from Green Park Station.Closed for Christmas, New Year & Bank Holidays!40/45 hours per week as standard.£40,000 per annum.
50 covers per service + banqueting for up to 250 guests.Refer a friend schemes.Staff food and uniform is provided whilst on duty.
Sous Chef Requirements:
A competent and experienced Sous Chef who is looking to work in a high level operation but guarantee themselves a healthy work life balance.The ideal Sous Chef will have experience working in fine dining restaurants and also have experience working with function / events.All Sous chef should embody the members club ethos: friendly, approachable and a great team player.All applicants should have previous experience working as a sous chef in reputable restaurant, hotel or members club.
