What you will be doing as a regional Executive Chef:

Report to the Owners
Oversee the culinary operation of the hotels
Build business relationships with food suppliers
Creating new dishes, updating and planning the menus
Staying updated on trends to maintain the successful operation of the hotels

You will be a great fit if you have:

Experience as a Corporate or Regional Executive Chef
Creativeness to delight customers with exceptional offerings
Great organisational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Great leadership skills
