Compliance Support Administrator - 12m FTC
About the role:
Due to growth in our business, a strong commitment to our customer care standards, health & safety aims, environmental and sustainability agenda, we are currently hiring into our M&E Compliance team.
Paradigms compliance team is an integral service required to ensure 100% mechanical and electrical compliance on all our properties.
You will be responsible for overseeing the servicing and maintenance of various assets and equipment to meet legal requirements.
You will also be expected to support the Asbestos workstream by reviewing surveys and Removal documentation before updating Paradigm Housings Digital register.
This entails extracting data from various portals and working on CSV files.
We are looking for someone with great Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for excellent customer service.
Someone who has a good understanding of compliance and the big 6 (Gas, Fire, Water, Lifts, Electrical, Asbestos) to join the team.
Working via a mixture of office, remote and homeworking, you will be Providing support to the M&E Manager as required on contract related work and allocated day to day tasks.
Experience of providing effective administration for M&E, Asbestos, Water Hygiene, and Lifts, ensuring all regulatory and legislative responsibilities for Compliance are met by liaising with customer services, field operatives and contractors is essential.
Our ideal candidate can liaise with contractors, customers, and colleagues at all levels with experience in contract management, Computerised Maintenance Management systems (CMMS) and is proficient with Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
