Head of ServiceNow Practise

About the Role:
Linking Humans is seeking a passionate and visionary ServiceNow Practice Lead to shape strategies, lead delivery teams, and drive the growth of our client’s ServiceNow practice. In this role, you’ll architect innovative solutions, inspire teams, and ensure exceptional client outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

ü  Lead the development and execution of the ServiceNow practice strategy, ensuring we stay ahead of market trends and deliver exceptional value to clients.

ü  Guide the creation of innovative solutions, leveraging ServiceNow’s platform to address business challenges with cutting-edge strategies.

ü  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including offshore) to develop and deliver comprehensive solutions, ensuring a seamless client experience.

ü  Take ownership of the ServiceNow presales cycle, from designing solutions to presenting proposals and leading client engagements.

ü  Ensure that each project aligns with client business objectives, mitigating risks while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

ü  Act as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating how ServiceNow can drive tangible business value and supporting them through the entire lifecycle.

ü  Lead the creation of reusable assets, accelerators, and templates that can be leveraged across multiple client engagements.

ü  Guide implementation teams in translating client requirements into successful project deliveries, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to delivery.

ü  Deliver product demos and proof of concepts to illustrate the transformative impact of ServiceNow solutions.

ü  Stay ahead of industry innovations and continuously evolve the ServiceNow practice by integrating new features and services.

Essential Experience & Expertise:

v  At least 10 years of I.T experience including 3+ years in ServiceNow leading a practice or presales expertise.

v  Deep technical knowledge across ServiceNow offerings, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, HRSD, CSM, and FSM.

v  Proven expertise in the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations, from scoping and design to delivery and optimization.

v  Hands-on experience with tools like ATF, Mobile Solutions, Reporting, and Analytics.

v  ServiceNow platform expertise, including workflows, integrations, and customizations.

v  Familiarity with industry-specific solutions like IRM, TSOM, and similar technologies is advantageous.

v  Mandatory certifications: CIS-CSM, CIS-HR (Desirable: CTA/CMA).

v  A collaborative and empowering leader who thrives in both independent and team environments.

v  Strong knowledge of ServiceNow’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) model and how it drives client success.
