Mobile Handyperson – Accrington Area – Global Facilities Management Organisation: Commercial

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently seeking a reliable and multi-skilled Mobile Handyperson to join a globally recognised facilities management organisation on a permanent basis. This industry-leading company provides first-class FM solutions across a range of commercial and industrial environments and is known for its commitment to service quality and staff development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a practical and hands-on professional to work across a portfolio of commercial sites in the Accrington area, carrying out a wide range of general maintenance and minor repair tasks.

Package:
£32,000 per annumMonday to Friday – 40 hours per weekCompany van and fuel card provided25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysParticipation in an on-call rota (to be confirmed)Generous workplace pension schemeTraining, development, and progression opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out general building maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repairsConduct routine inspections and respond to reactive maintenance requests promptlyEnsure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulationsSupport specialist engineers with on-site works when requiredMaintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and tidy conditionComplete job reports and communicate effectively with the helpdesk and site teams
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar handyperson or general maintenance role, ideally within commercial or FM environmentsBasic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general building fabric workFull UK driving licenceGood communication and customer service skillsA proactive and flexible approach to work
