Apprentice Carpenter

We are looking for an apprentice who is interested in learning a wide range of building skills. 

The apprentice would learn aspects of carpentry, brick laying, roofing, electrical and plumbing.  However we would like the apprentice to specialise in the Carpentry trade and acheive their NVQ in this trade.

The apprentice will be working alongside a tradesman at a site. They would be expected to join in with whatever tasks were needed on that particular day. This can include labouring.

Training:

Carpentry and Joinery Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:

Onsite training, weekly Microsoft Teams lessons, assignments and onsite visits to achieve an NVQ Level 2

Training Outcome:
Should the circumstances be suitable, take up a position in the company as a tradesman

The majority of our work is for private home owners. We could give you a good grounding in all areas of building practice, as well as your chosen trade.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, on-site within a 20 mile radius of RG6 7JB, starting at 7.30am to 4.00pm approx.
