Job Title: Project Manager – Passive Fire Protection
Location: London & South East (with travel as required)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum

Company Overview:
CBW is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a respected family-owned construction company specialising in Passive Fire Protection, Compartmentation Surveys, and Fire Risk Assessments. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, safety-driven services, they are looking to expand their team with an experienced Project Manager.

Role Summary:
The Project Manager will oversee and deliver multiple Passive Fire Protection projects across London and the South East. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of each project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to industry standards. This is a hands-on role requiring strong industry knowledge and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver Passive Fire Protection projects from inception to completion

Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution

Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality assurance checks

Ensure projects meet safety, compliance, and regulatory standards

Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and budgets

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors

Support tender and bid processes where necessary

Requirements:

Proven experience in Passive Fire Protection project management

Strong knowledge of fire stopping, fire compartmentation, and relevant regulations

Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., BM Trada, FIRAS, NVQ Level 3 in Passive Fire Protection or equivalent)

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Willingness to travel across London and the South East

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Desirable:

SMSTS or SSSTS

Knowledge of Fire Risk Assessment processes

Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects
