We are now looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused Head Chef to lead our production kitchen, shape our menus, and build a high-performing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef from a catering, dark kitchen, CPU, or large-scale production background, especially if you’re passionate about nutrition, wellbeing, and food innovation.

Develop and prepare great dishesOversee high-volume daily production while maintaining top qualityDesign and develop nutritionally balanced, flavour-forward menusManage food costs, stock, and orderingMaintain excellent food safety and hygiene standardsTrain and develop the team around youWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ChefBackground in catering, dark kitchens, or production kitchensStrong leadership and organisation skillsConfidence working with volume and speed, without sacrificing qualityInterest in nutrition, functional food, and wellbeingSomeone who’s practical, solutions-driven, and loves working at pace
