Apprentice Test Technician Level 4

P.C.B Manufacturing - Through hole, surface mount/pick and place printed circuit board manufacture and test Electrical Wiring – Building and testing of electrical assemblies Electro-Mechanical Build - Building assemblies which combine moving parts and electrical/electronic components Thruster Repair - Testing, diagnosing, stripping and repair of thruster motor assemblies Integration - Turning components into an ROV system. Including tether managements systems, vehicle chassis and tooling Incoming Goods Inspection - Inspecting mechanical parts to specifications and tolerances specified when ordered. Using precise calibrated measuring equipment

Training:

As an Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to study the following through this Apprenticeship:

Apprenticeship in Engineering Manufacturing Level 4 BTEC Higher National Certificate in Engineering Employee Rights and Responsibilities End Point Assessment Functional Skills in English and maths if required.

At Havant & South Downs College we offer different methods of delivery either work based or day release. This will be discussed with you upon appointment.

Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30. This will be discussed further at interview.
